Shyla's Update

Shyla is now 14 1/2 months. We go to the doctor in 2 weeks to find out how much she weighs and how much she's grown.

Shyla is growing into a little girl so fast... where did my baby go!? Within the last couple weeks she has learned so many new things:

~Waves bye-bye (she used to just snap her fingers, yes, she snaps.)

~Added the sign "dada" to her sign language list (along with milk, more, and now dada, still working on mama.)

~When you sing songs she rocks back and forth.

~When you sing "Head, shoulders, knees, and toes" she sticks her arms in the air for head and then squats for toes. We're still trying to perfect that song.

~She's CLIMBING! She climbs on everything; chairs, her play table, boxes, daddy's duffle bag, the couch etc.

~She's learned to blow kisses. It's more like saying "mmm" on her hand and then sticking it out but the idea gets across nicely.

She'd watch Barney and Sponge Bob like this all day long if she could.

Christina, I always love the mile stones....it's fun to watch them grow and develop skills. She is cute.
